Has anyone had any success adding and syncing their FastMail calendar to Outlook?

One of our users is currently getting a send/receive error:

Task 'Internet Calendar Subscriptions' reported error (0x88304005) : 'Cannot verify or add the calendar to Outlook. Make sure the following link is a valid calendar link:
https://user.fm/calendar/v1-9e7df325...25767a15cc.ics'

One of our IT guys figured it out. Seems when adding, the default setting is to make it a private calendar, so it couldn't communicate with FastMail. Changed it to shared, works fine.
