memail.com free account

memail.com states on their website that they have free acc option but when I try to sign up for a free acc, they want to bill me $9.99

Any idea how to sign-up for a free email from them?

It's also stated on the website that the free account option is a "limited time offer". Maybe it's not available any more. $9.99 is an annual payment for 5 gigs more space. I would think that is choosable by the user, maybe they're just trying to 'suggest' it to you..

This is an unusual way for your account. You get 12 months free, but afterwards you have to pay and they have asked me to pay before cancelling the account. Basically, there are better offerings out there like eumx.net, gmx.com which don't charge.

Although Memail were using a customised version of microsoft owa (exchange online interface. If you want the best option, buy your domain and see if you can get on the current Microsoft £14.99 for a year with Microsoft 365.

I've personally haven't had many if issues through one of the hosting companies I use and can recommend: tidyhosts.com

which MS plan is as cheap as this?
from what I know MS's office 365 is $4/mon.

It's on the microsoft page on their website (Around one drive) I think it's relating to the new basic plan which if you go to the right offering you get 1tb of storage if I*m correct. As well as this email hosting. I'm meaning to ask how many years in advance I can pay to stay on the deal.
