Tuffmail is designing a new logo
 

Any creative members here? There's a contest going on to design a new logo for Tuffmail.

I'd be curious to see the results, myself (not that I ever had a problem with Tuffmail's existing logo) :) I wonder what brought this on?

What's the link between the cogwheel and email:confused:

To me the logo conveys work, solid, reliable, no nonsense -- just what Tuffmail's public image is.

It is indicative of the cog wheel of a watch janusz! and reminds one of how Tuffmail (like an old time watch) just keeps 'ticking away' :cool:

Sure. From their design brief (my emphasis). All is clear now :D

I'm sure that the designer took that description into consideration, and Tuffmail liked it.

kmail presumably. I think it's an unbelievably lazy design.
