Is Fastmail down for anyone else ?
Cannot find any problems on Fastmail Twitter or Fastmail status.
Getting 503 Service Unavailable.

Update: Fastmail status just been updated to indicate there is a problem (18:42 UTC)

Same problem here (USA West Coast).

From FastmailStatus.com: "Access to the Fastmail web interface is currently offline. We are currently looking into it."

Update: I'm having the same problem with the FM app (Android). I'm not surprised since using the app has always felt like it was just an app "skin" around a web browser window.

Fastmail not accessible with older iPad
 

Ever since Fastmail launched app.fastmail.com to log in, this has been fine for my Windows 7 computer, but NOT for my iPad running iOS 10.3.3. They say that it is still accessible for such older iPads, but I can't get in. Anyone got a solution?

Whats it saying when you try??

Sorry for delay in responding. I simply get the 5 bars in the middle of the screen, doing their waves (ie 'Fastmail is loading') - but this never stops.

Fastmail have said that I need a different password to log in to app.fastmail.com (the new site) with the iPad, rather than fastmail.com. The new site works fine with my old Windows computer running Windows 7. I have gone through the steps they give me to get a new password (generated by their system) but this does not work. However they seem to be on the case, It has been escalated to a 'tier 3' expert - he hasn't succeeded yet but I still in correspondence online with him. I can't be the only user with an older iPad, but I seem to be the one helping them make their system compatible.

Have you tried attempting to use beta.fastmai.com? It probably will make no difference, but seems worth a try.
