Search not working
 
I'm on RMM6. When I try to search, I get:

"Unable to load search index for your account"

Thoughts?

Hello. This is a known problem with the new search indexing for some accounts. If this is still affecting your account you will need to contact us at support@runbox.com or https://support.runbox.com so that we can look at your account specifically. Thanks.

Did they get you fixed up? I had this problem several months ago... They managed to get it fixed fairly quick.

I have however found the new search to have a variety of problems. The database doesn't update very quickly = doesn't reflect movement from one folder to another for quite a while.

It doesn't handle searches in general very well. "Quotes" basically don't limit the search. It can't handle boolean search or approximate it either.

Last I checked the documentation was still referring to behaviors that it doesn't do.

I'm hoping it will eventually get fixed... But it's been quite a while. Unfortunately, it seems to be the same in Runbox 7 as well (though in general, I prefer 6 over 7).
