BUG: Repeating Leap Year Event Not Shown on Non-Leap Year Days

In my calendar, I have a yearly event that started on 02/29/2004. (Coincidentally, it's my eldest cat's birthday.) It doesn't appear on 03/01/2018, or any day in the future until 02/29/2020 -- the next leap year.

Events on leap year days should appear on the "following" day (03/01), correct? I nearly missed my cat's birthday! :)

If you do a bit of web searching, you'll find suggestions how to replace "29 Feb" by "60th day of the year".
