Question about Email Hosting
 

I just added a domain to my account. I thought that that email address would be added as a "From" choice in the compose window. Am I mistaken?

Although what you say sound logical, you are mistaken :)

One of the reasons is that is it possible to add catchall addresses that have no specific user before the @domain.com part of the address.

To add a particular email to the drop down menu you need to create a folder and add the address as a From address to the preferences for that folder.

Yes, I know this is clunky at best, and something the team are hoping to change in the future. However, for now, this is the only way to add a new address to the drop down menu.
