Gmail Interface changed!?

Hello:

Today I found the Gmail interface changed!

When I as usual opened the Gmail, The left part of the Interface has more new parts:

Meet New

Start a meeting

Join a meeting

Where do these new item come, can I use them? How?

It's Google Meet, a conference tool like Zoom. I actually prefer it to Zoom, but everyone I work with likes Zoom better.
