Deleting

Other than just deleting emails, what other options would there be if were talking about confidential emails??? Does anyone have any suggestions??

Encrypt with PGP (or similar)

Also ssl security certificate, encrypt via say outlook and make sure the other end has a certificate and all emails 256bit secure.
