Host Domain Mail ?
 
At one time Gmail hosted Domain mail. Any chance they still do?

If you have an ordinary (free) Gmail account, you could use that.

In your Gmail account, you can add a send as e-mail address, and this should be set up before changing anything at your domain registrar.

Then you would need to add e-mail forwarding to your account in your domain registrar.

For example, Namecheap:

Go to domain, then manage - they have the option "REDIRECT EMAIL" where you can add individual aliases, for example:

thefirstbitbeforethe@yourdomain.com

Or you can enable the catch-all, where you don't have to create individual aliases.

Also whilst in your domain registrar account, you would need to add an SPF record to say e-mails from your domain will be sent by Google.

Of course you won't have any DKIM or DMARC to set up, but that set-up should work.
