Regardless of its functioning and features, would you really want to use a @paranoid.email domain for important email traffic? If I'd receive an email from such a domain, I'd fear it to be spam. I would never use such domain for, for example, emailing my CV to a potential employer. "Paranoid" doesn't exactly sound nice, and the .email domain is too new to already sound familiar by the majority of folks out there.

It may be good for emailing friends who know about your email address, but for a lot of email traffic that is more official, I'd be wary of using such domain.
