What to do if you can't recieve email even if your email accoun is active.
 

I have a problem regarding on my mailbox i cant recieve my email from those person who tried to send me a message via email.

Who is your mail service provided by?

Are you using webmail (ie a browser to login to a mail service), or an app on a phone, or a desktop email client (eg Thunderbird)?

And could you be a bit more specific about "i cant recieve my email from those person" ?

Does this person (these persons?) receive any error reports ("mail undeliverable" or suchlike)? Or do the messages from her/him/them disappear without trace?

It is in my GMAIL account.

Literally from my friends who send an email in my gmail acount but it does not arrive in my mailbox.

After checking something regarding on my email, i found out that my gmail app was out of the latest update, to avoid minor problems regarding this we shoud keep on updating our applications installed in our phone. If necessary.

Does anything (from anyone else? - eg perhaps notification emails sent from this forum?) arrive in your mailbox?

Are you able to check the mailbox using a web browser?

Is the problem that your friends' emails don't arrive at gmail at all (in which case it's got nothing to do with your app), or that the emails do get to gmail but you can't see them when you use your app?
