Why can't it just display all times in GMT (or whatever they choose to call it nowdays). At least then you can just ad your own + or - hours and you'll know what's going on.

This is the problem with the word "Bright" in this context, people can't get around the idea of it being a noun, not an adjective.

It's a little bit like the word "Gay" being sort of hijacked and...
