I've got the confirmation email immediately. After clicking the link it leads to the sign up page but it also displays a message that "Your account has been saved". You can't use this service right...

.md domains if promoted as medical domain are little discriminatory. A surgeon won't have any use for .md domain , rather he ( or she ) will need a .ms domain. Oh well surgeons don't use that Dr....
