Move/Copy option gone?

Didn't there used to be an option to either Move or Copy selected messages between folders in the webmail Mailbox screen at the top of the list of folders? I can't seem to find it anymore.

I've noticed that since the main Pop Link problem...

I've noticed that since the main Pop Link problem has been fixed my Pop Links haven't been doing their Scheduled check every hour even though they're not Disabled. Anyone else?
