I've not seen headers from one of the outgoing emails delayed by FM, but my guess is that they hold it back before sending it to the outgoing...

I've not used it, but if bitwarden is associating the address with a site, and is searchable, it's arguably unnecessary to document the addresses in Fastmail.

In UNIX the hardware clock was traditionally set to UTC, but in Linux and similar OSs it can optionally be set to local time to support dual booting with Windows. It doesn't much matter which you use...
