It works!
Morning everybody... the fix was to have the email address (do-not-reply...) as a valid email address on the server... works like a charm!
Thanks to all who gave me their ideas...couldn't have done...

I have the same problem... sent an email to the support group (don't know how long it will take for them to see it)... I have isolated it to fastmail because I have another account that I also read...
