This is fraud. FM has accepted payment and refuses to provide the service. Why can some people still not log in?

First they let the SSL expire and now they don't make any effort to fix the login issues that have been going on for hours. Is fastmail a volunteer supported org or does it have any paid employees?

More than likely it's caused by some delay on your provider's network. On the few times (very few) I've also gotten time outs checking mail on other providers as well.

The only place I see an incorrect count with Apple Mail is in the Junk mail folder. At least it's a pleasant surprise to click on that folder and find only half the spam I expected!

I believe the OP is referring to mail getting through with no SA scores (as am I). Even if SA passed an image email as not being spam, there would still be SA score headers inserted.

In your Mail prefs, do you have "automatically synchronize changed folders" checked? Don't use that as it will check all the folders each time...
