As for performance I have a 10 Mbit/s symmetric connection and a 146MB upload ran at about 8Mbit/s so I'd say pretty good. The bottleneck was probably my connection not Fastmails servers.

Not that interesting in light of the downtime but I see the long standing bug with Thunderbird not setting the IMAP draft flag has been fixed on the Thunderbird 2.0 trunk.
