The fix
I asked FM support for help and they showed me what was wrong. In particular I was using the wrong port with SSL, it needed to be 465.
587 is for non-SSL.

Poll / Refresh
When I click on Poll it keeps FM from locking up in 2 hours but it doesn't detect new mail until I manually click Refresh.
Is this correct? Shouldn't FM pick up new email when it polls?
