The problem is not only that it doesn't push consistently. The number of unread messages in the title bar is not representative of how many are seen in the interface....

Is there a way to have fastmail fire off a warning e-mail to your own mailbox when the quota has exceeded X% ? I have yet to find this feature anywhere in the settings...
