I chose Hotmail over Yahoo for more than one...
I chose Hotmail over Yahoo for more than one reason. However, the most compelling reason is that it provides Exchange, which for iPhone iOS5 users, it means push mail that actually works.

I'm particulary impressed with Hotmail's spam filtering. My account is 13 years old and whereas it was full of spam at one time, only one or two pieces a week even make it as far as the junk folder...
