To set up my email client (Apple Mail) to access FastMail do I have to use the same password that I use to access FastMail on my browser?

Have emoticons been considered for the new Fastmail web interface? Everyone.net, for example, offers this in their webmail. Obviously, they are not important but it's a nice feature to offer.

Spelling - Dictionary
Does anyone know if there are plans to provide a choice of dictionaries for the spell check function? Having to use an American variant of English spelling is awkward and sometimes confusing.
