I ate out two days ago in
Royal India in my current home city Gent, Belgium. I've been vegetarian since childhood, and Indian cuisine is my favourite as it has so many delicious vegetarian options.
I had a
Royal Dal Makhani, which means black lentils and red beans in a sort of Indian curry cream. I also had vegan garlic nan bread.
This restaurant is one of about 7 Indian restaurants in the city, but I find this restaurant one of the best. Well worth a visit if you'd ever visit Ghent.
