it seems that the recent cPanel does support iOS push for the mail:
iOS push notifications
Customers who receive mail from their cPanel-hosted email accounts can use push notifications rather than polling on Apple devices.
It seems it requires some admin work, do you plan to support it? It would be a ground breaking feature for many. So far only Fastmail has implemented it.
