I was also excited when I heard about support being part of google One.
I've yet to get any useful support from it too, not for lack of trying.

Google officially Evil?
This is so disappointing: Google is #6 in the world when it comes to hosting major spam operations infrastructure. https://www.spamhaus.org/sbl/listings/google.com

They also shirk responsibility for serving illegal ads - (kind of like facebook declaring it will allow ALL political ads) - their submission system is clearly intentionally broken; they refuse to fix it. (That is, they try as hard as possible to not understand the problems, and when that finally doesn't work any more, they stonewall in other ways.)
