ActiveSync is $2.50/user/month. It will sync: email, contacts, calendars, tasks, and notes. A description of the service is here:

With respect to groups, this is supported in WebMail by our address books. You can have one address book entry where the "email address" is a comma-delimited list of many recipients. When you select this address book entry in the WebMail email composer, all of these recipients are automatically added to your message.

On the flip side, you can create email aliases for inbound email distribution. E.g. if you have foo.com with LuxSci, you can setup any address @foo.com and have that forward email to a distribution list of recipients in foo.com and/or in arbitrary other domains (like gmail). This is very easy to configure via our administrative web interface and also via our API.
