The message I keep receiving is, 'Looks like we cant't recover your account online'.

I have tried using two computers and four Browsers without success.

What I noticed though, is that when I tried to sign up to another site, in the Username box, when I 'Left Click', the cursor allows me to fill in a Username/email address.

When I 'Left Click' in the box for the Password the cursor does not appear. What I get is dashes in the form of a rectangular box.

Any ideas what to investigate, please.
