I don't see anything unusual when using the Gmail website.
- How do you read your Gmail messages? Do you log into the web service at https://mail.google.com or do you use an email client?
- Is this on a PC or a mobile device?
- If it opens as if it is a document, what program is it opening in? Word? Notepad? A browser window?
