Bits of it are open source, but it was never made available in its entirety. It, of course, was highly interlinked with the backend code, which was not any public release of Vanilla Cyrus IMAP. It was a heavily modified version, and has anyway changed considerably in the years since the old interface was retired.
After this long, I think it would be a huge project to get a stable and secure version of the old interface working again. It would never happen.
