This is one of many issues that is going to arise as soon as you try to simplify what is, when carefully analysed, a complex situation.
OK, I agree. But I described editing available to a /personal/ domain, ie one owned and used by a single person. I have no experience of how FM's system works with multiple users (in either corporate or family-account situations) and I'm sure that produces - as you say - its own complications.
