Yandex is commonly used by spammers to the point that it has been rendered unusable as a legitimate email service. As for the filtering, that is done in the receiving end, in this case Gmail, and there’s really nothing you can do about it. Once the sending domain becomes known as a spammers haven, it usually ends up on a blacklist and this is the result.
