Hey, give these guys a break. I know that the FM crew are very dependable and efficient. This is the first time this has happened and it can't be compared to the Runbox downtimes. It was a totally different situation there where the downtimes were nearly reoccurring everyday, sometimes several times a day and even as much as 24 hours on one occasion. This kept occuring for about a month following a month being blacklisted for being a haven for spammers. The good part was that all the incoming messages were queued. There were other instances when incoming messages were reported as bouncing back due to server overload, but not during the downtimes since the server cannot be overloaded without access to it.
A reasonable level of downtime is acceptable as long as it is not reoccuring continously on a daily basis.
