There's nothing to stop you using your own domain with Posteo.

You can't configure MX records, but you can set up an SPF record for Posteo, and enable mail forwarding (via your domain registrar in most instances) to your Posteo account.

With in your Posteo account, you can set up a "send mail as" for your domain.
