I thought I would try switching Thunderbird from mail.messagingengine.com to imap.fastmail.com and smtp.fastmail.com but after making the changes all subsequent connection attempts fail. I am not prompted for an app password and there is no obvious way of changing the password in Thunderbird (v52.5). What am I missing? In the meantime I'll stick with mail.messagingengine.com.
