Since I do not believe the issue is standard spam filtering, the No Spam button is not going to help. Depending on the sieve code that is responsible, whitelisting by adding the sender of the newsletter to your address book may fix it.

I would suggest going to Settings->Rules and clicking Edit custom sieve code (bottom right). Carefully trace the sieve script logic to see if you can figure it out.
