Are your spam threshold and spam discard threshold still the way you previously set them?
A few months ago I lost the Add Score setting when I was making changes to the the spam discard threshold which is why I asked if your other Spam Protection settings are still ok. I had to ask for it back. I had an existing closed ticket on that problem when it occurred once before. So I just had to reopen it and they put it back. I don't know why that option is so "fragile".
So I guess you need to create a ticket to get it back.
