How do the two services compare?

How would a catchall work? I sign up for
mu@rackspace.com, which email addresses can I catch?
Also aliases - does this mean I get to create other email addresses, eg
mufoo@rackspace.com, and emails sent to this address will get delivered to by account?
Also, does Rackspace offer aliases?
