The short answer is "yes." The longer answer is that if the email service works OK for you there is no need to worry about it for ordinary use like signing up on websites, etc. If you were applying for a job I would suggest another address. Despite it being illegal, here in the USA I believe 100% of businesses discriminate based on age. I've been involved in a lot of hiring and a person's email address is often the first thing you notice if the application comes in via email, and the people making the first cull of job applications are almost always the youngest, most inexperienced people in the office.
