Yes, my emailaddress is
user@pobox.com and I changed my FROM address on all my email accounts.
This has been working flawlessly for me since I joined Pobox (2001)
I don't know what email account you are using but Fastmail, Gmail, Runbox and Eumx let you do this change easily
