I'm pretty sure it works like this on the POBox Basic plan. You can have a total of 5 domains and 20 total addresses at those domains, but the email sent to you can only forward to one external email address. In other words, if you have
jim@domainemail.com and
joe@domainemail.com they both have to forward to the same external email address. You can however forward different aliases (like Jim and Joe) to different email addresses if you purchase the Plus or Mailstore levels.
