I hear you. That is annoying.

I've lost access to a gmail account permanently because of an IP change. Despite jumping through numerous hoops I was never able to recover the account. Thankfully I have phone verification on my important accounts now.

Most of these big providers are not cut out for anonymous accounts. Lots of others around for that.
