Yay putty !

Very stable, useful, nifty little ssh/telnet client...

In regards to sdf.lonestar.org , i had an account on
the system for a while, and found it to be pretty good. Very limited system functions, but thats the nature of all public services these days due to one too many malicious users around. A little slow, because i was telneting to it from Australia... but still good.

Although my personal opinion is that if you really need a shell account, you should install linux... and be happy
