Not really relevant here, but I have given up on sorting my Inbox--just a huge waste of time. Let everything flow in as it arrives and use Google search to find what I want if I need to go back later. I got this idea from the CEO of a company I used to work for. He was getting so much email that he found it was taking him all day to sort and find things, and automatic sorting inevitably hides important things you should see. Far easier to just take a glance once in awhile at the Inbox, possibly star things that are important, and then use the search function to find things.
