Today I tried see my active and closed tickets from the
FM Support page (tried a few times throughout the day). Each time I got
MessagingEngine.com Server Outage. Nothing shows in the
status page and everything else appears to be behaving properly. So can someone please confirm they see this behavior too before I start worrying it's something local to my system?
If you do confirm it I will
try to submit a ticket but I am not sure that may work either. Maybe there's something wrong with their ticketing system. I figured I ask here before trying that.
