Just a quick heads-up about SORBS RBL. It seems many people use this RBL but I believe it's been on auto-pilot for a while now. We have a legitimate situation that keeps on getting one of our servers blacklisted and for more than 12 months we couldn't get them to investigate with us why it happens.

We even contacted Proofpoint senior management ( owners of SORBS ) but they too were not able to somehow contact the SORBS team to get this resolved. This over the course of 3 months no less!!

Today one of our servers got listed again and this time we can't even open a support ticket due to a DB/mail server error on their end.

Very unprofessional. We strongly recommend to stop using this RBL.
