It annoys me that the implication is that the outage started at "2 Oct 2018 06:21:34 UTC " when it was, in fact, apparent that FM was down at c. 07:15 BST = 06:15 UTC/GMT
It now seems to be up again at 07:40 BST / 06:40 GMT
