If there was a bug that was filing messages with a spam score of 0.0 into the spam folder that affected Fastmail users generally, we would have soon heard about it. If, as Bill suggested, you do not have a rule that is causing this, perhaps it is time to carefully check your custom spam settings for something odd. Alternatively, maybe bad drag and drop behavior is hurting you.
