You can do that with a rule. Just go to Settings > Rules and set up what you want. You can choose to permanently delete messages from the bad address, move them to the spam folder, or whatever you want.
If you don't want to go through the settings screen, you can also open one of the spam messages, click the MORE button in the message, and select "Add Rule From Message," which streamlines the whole process a little.
