Well, I've set myself up with a little spreadsheet that I can use to track progress vs a series of "targets". From tomorrow onwards my goal is to lose 100g (3.5oz) per day on average... I think I'll take up swimming again
If the above turns out to be too ambitious, I can cut back to 75g or even 50g per day and still see significant progress by the end of the year.
As I said before, I'll post an update in a few weeks!
